Terms of use

1. What Studio does

Studio searches for a restaurant location, gathers permitted public evidence, and creates a draft Location Site for review. Drafts may include listing facts, source links, third-party reviews, photographs, and inferred design choices.

2. Drafts are not verified owner websites

A generated page is not an official restaurant website, owner-approved statement, or guarantee that every source is current. It remains a preview until identity, rights, facts, contact actions, and publication status are approved by an authorized representative.

3. No ranking or business guarantee

Breeze does not guarantee search ranking, Local Pack visibility, traffic, reservations, calls, orders, revenue, ratings, or review volume. Search engines and third-party platforms control their own systems and may change them at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Studio to:

• impersonate a restaurant or claim authority you do not have;
• publish false facts, fabricated reviews, or misleading social proof;
• upload material you do not have the right to use;
• circumvent provider limits, access controls, or source policies;
• send spam, collect sensitive information, or break applicable law;
• interfere with Studio, its workers, or another user's data.

5. Publishing and owner approval

A public noindex preview may be shared for evaluation. Search indexing, custom-domain use, lead forms, analytics, and publication as a main business website require explicit owner authorization and the relevant quality and compliance gates.

6. Third-party content and services

Google, social platforms, directories, analytics providers, email services, and other third parties have their own terms and policies. Studio's ability to show or process their content does not transfer ownership or publication rights.

7. Your material

You retain rights in material you own and provide. You grant Breeze the limited permission needed to process that material for the requested draft, review, hosting, and support workflow. You are responsible for the accuracy, authority, and rights status of material you provide.

8. Breeze software

Studio software, workflow definitions, design system, audits, and Breeze branding remain the property of Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Generated output and customer ownership terms will be defined in the applicable order or service agreement before paid production use.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy notice, Cookie notice, and Data rights page.

10. Availability and changes

The prototype may be changed, suspended, or removed. Features and evidence may fail because of third-party changes, network errors, or source restrictions. We may update these terms and will change the last updated date when we do.

11. Liability and governing law

The prototype is provided as available for evaluation. Any limitation of liability, paid-service warranty, indemnity, governing-law, and dispute terms must be confirmed in a legally reviewed production agreement. The intended contracting entity is Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd., India.
